Different schools from various areas for English and Filipino, comprising delegates for Collaborative Desktop Publishing, Online Desktop Publishing and TV Scriptwriting and Broadcasting gathered today for a Mini Press Conference, December 17 at Palo National High School Gymnasium. 





In today’s hyper-connected world, fake news, disinformation, and misinformation spread rapidly, threatening public health, democracy, and social stability. Fake news refers to fabricated stories, misinformation is inaccurate information shared unintentionally, and disinformation is inaccurate information shared intentionally with the purpose of deception. The explosion of social media and digital news has really put these issues under a spotlight, showing us just how urgently we need to find answers.




“We tried so hard to compete in EVRAA, training hard everyday and extreme stretching,” is what these elementary girls did during the recently concluded Provincial Meet, they earned multiple gold medals and will represent Leyte Division in EVRAA this coming march, next year. And just this morning, at 10 a.m., they performed clinical precision and fluid movements to the young journalists of Area 1 and showed the art of Rhythmic Gymnastics at Palo National High School Shell Gym.


High School student-athletes namely Maxin Jane Fumar, Patricia Jasmine Tan, and Alwina Pindos, prevails when it comes to balancing academics and sports, as they performed graceful execution of Rhythmic Gymnastics earlier today, December 17, harmonizing with the music and showing flexible form of bodies that allowed them to win in Athletic Meets and win in managing academic responsibilities.
